N-Channel  FET
H-bridge
 
You can use just about any N-channel FET in this circuit, I have personaly used the IRFZ44E
rated at 55 amps. Note that most modern FETs have internal shunt diodes. If yours do not,
you will need to add some to this circuit.
 

 
This H-Bridge must be used with a voltage doubling circuit to open the gate of upper two FETs.
